We provide a full air filter replacement service to keep your indoor air free of contaminants and your food production environment safe.

Full Risk Assessment

We can advise on the correct air filter efficiencies for your production area. The type of filters you need will depend on whether your production area is Low Care, High Care or High Risk. 

In order to determine which type and grade of filters you need, we can provide you with a risk assessment template, which complies with the BRCGS Food Safety Issue 8 guidelines. Or, our air filtration and ventilation consultants will complete a risk assessment for you.

Our full Air Management Risk Assessment service will highlight the issues that matter to you and your production facility and will give you all the information you need to become BRCGS Food Safety Issue 8 audit compliant.

Scheduled Filter Changes

Our trained and accredited engineers will carry out scheduled air filter changes to eliminate wear and tear and reduce build-up of bacteria and product debris. They will remove your worn and dirty filters and will replace them with new filters that have been tested to the new ISO 16890 standard. Our customers benefit from having a set filter change schedule in place. This is a more preventative approach than relying on pressure drop readings. This preventative approach means that filters are changed in good time and bacteria does not get chance to build up.

Our engineers are trained to carry out your filter changes with minimum disruption to production and to leave your site clean and tidy.

HVDS is an Environment Agency registered waste carrier and old filters are disposed of responsibly. 

 

What Else We Will Do

Audit-Ready Reporting

All service reports are uploaded to our customer portal, eFUSION, where you can access them at any time, on any device and from anywhere with an internet connection. We include in your service reports 'before and after' photos of your filter change and of any other work we have carried out for you.
